Quick Tips: Tame Frizz

I'm still Sicky McSickerson over here, so I've got two quick posts for you today. Be sure to check out this month's Ipsy Bag review if you'd like. In the meantime, what do the four things below have in common?

Yes! You're correct! Ok, admit you cheated and looked at the title of this post! Seriously, if you find yourself in a pinch, with baby hair pumpin' lip gloss a-shinin' with errant hairs sticking out, try one of the items pictured above to tame frizz! Sunscreen, Chapstick, soap (bar or liquid), or lotion can add moisture to hair, thus temporarily calming those springs down. Just take a very, very small amount in your palms, creating a thin film on them, and gently pat/smooth hair into place.

If you have dry hair, like me, do you know what won't work? Hairspray, or any hair product with alcohol in it won't work. Alcohol dries out the hair, which can be great for those with fine hair that need hold, but not for dry hair. Again, while there are many smoothing products out there that ease the frizz, just know you can grab one of these products if you need to!
