Let me tell y'all about my Mama. Her name is Barbie (seriously--and guess what her husband's name is? yup!) and she's pretty much the Best Mama Ever. In fact, she won the city's Mother of the Year Award years ago, thanks to an outstanding essay written by her best first born child, me. She got a trophy and her name on a plaque at the Mall, which is how you know she's legit. She's the best cook--and not just because she's Italian. She raised 4 awesome kids (girls: 1 brunette, 1 blonde, 1 redhead, & 1 boy) and is always, always, putting her family's needs before hers.
